Jennifer Allen, M.A, CCC-SLP - School Based Coordinator / Supervisor

Jennifer received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from Villanova University and her Master of Arts degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Kean University.

Jennifer has experience working in clinical, educational, and rehabilitative outpatient settings. She has provided individualized assessment and treatment for adults and children with language and speech disorders, including aphasia, apraxia of speech, language and articulation disorders, fluency disorders, motor speech disorders, voice disorders, dysphagia, and cognitive deficits. She has worked with preschool to school-aged children, exhibiting a wide range of communication disorders, including autism, auditory processing disorders, and multiple disabilities.

This is a second career for Jennifer. She worked previously as a 3rd grade classroom teacher in general education. As an educator in the New Jersey public school system, she increased her understanding of the learning process, the core curriculum standards, and the incredibly variable nature of children in both regular and special education.

Jennifer is licensed by the State of New Jersey and certified by the New Jersey Department of Education as a Speech-Language Specialist. She loves spending time with her three boys and loving, supportive husband.
