Michele Gilbert, M.S., Director of Human Resources

Michele’s background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University and a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from the Milano School of Management at The New School University. She has over 25 years of Human Resources experience in industries such as advertising, financial services and her role here with CSS.  Michele opened her own consulting firm (MG Resource Solutions, LLC) in February 2010 with CSS as one of her main clients and officially became an employee of CSS in January of 2022!
