Kelly Zecca, MA CCC-SLP
Kelly Zecca holds a Master of Arts degree in Speech Language Pathology from Montclair State
University. She is a member of the American Speech and Hearing Association and also holds a NJ
Department of Education Speech Language Specialist certification. Kelly has been practicing since 2006 and has experience working in pediatric and adult outpatient clinical and rehabilitation settings, private practice, early intervention community/home programs as well as the public school system. Her passion lies in working with the pediatric population and their families. Kelly has pursued continuing education courses on topics including apraxia of speech, auditory processing, phonological and articulation disorders, social/pragmatic language skills, preschool fluency and neurodiversity affirming practices. Her treatment approach focuses on supporting families as a whole and embracing and honoring the individual uniqueness of each and every child to foster improved engaging and communication skills. She has expertise in the areas of:
– Articulation/phonological (speech) disorders
– Childhood Apraxia of Speech and motor-based speech disorders
– Developmental language delays/disorders
– Social/Pragmatic language disorders
– Autism Spectrum Disorders – training in DIR/Floortime model
– Augmentative/Alternative Communication (AAC)
Kelly loves the outdoors and spending time with family and friends. She lives locally with her husband and two children.
