Speech Language Pathologist

 Kaeleigh Milito , M.S., CCC-SLP

Kaeleigh took interest in speech pathology at a young age as her older cousin was diagnosed with Autism. Through him, she learned all about his experience with speech therapy and instantly became intrigued with all aspects of communication. Kaeleigh had the opportunity to shadow an SLP her senior year in high school, where she decided she wanted to pursue Speech Language Pathology as a career.

Kaeleigh received her Bachelor of Arts from Montclair State University where she majored in Linguistics and minored in Communication Disorders. She received her Master of Science in Communication Disorders from Stockton University.

After graduate school, Kaeleigh began her Speech career in the height of the pandemic, quickly learning how to navigate the speech world through teletherapy. In her time as an SLP, she has worked in multiple schools with an emphasis on Autism and ABA therapy classrooms. In this setting Kaeleigh learned the importance of working as part of a team and keeping every person involved from parents, to ot/pt, to students themselves. She has also gained considerable experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication devices and is very interested in this aspect of speech therapy. Kaeleigh has worked with individuals ranging from preschool to high school, with a variety of disorders including expressive and receptive language delays, fluency disorders, developmental delays, speech sound disorders, ASD, downs syndrome, cochlear implants, and traumatic brain injury. Kaeleigh’s other interests include reading, hiking, and photography.
