Speech Language Pathologist

Julie Krutoy, MA CCC-SLP

Julie Krutoy received her Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Brooklyn College – The City University of New York and has received her Master’s of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Long Island University.

Julie has experience working with the preschool and school-aged populations with a variety of speech and language disorders. During her career as a Speech-Language Pathologist, Julie has serviced children in a variety of school districts and clinical settings. She has also worked in early intervention programs providing home-care services for toddlers.
Julie has knowledge of and experience with Treatment and Education of Autistic and Communication related handicapped Children (TEACCH), DIR/Floortime, Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), PROMPT, Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) and Augmentative Assistive Communication (AAC) devices.

Julie holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology both in the State of New Jersey and New York State. She has a Bilingual Extension in the Russian Language and has worked with many children from bilingual households. Additionally, Julie holds a license in Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD) in the State of New York and is a member of the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA). Julie takes great pride in her work and is very dedicated to every one of her students and clients.
