Angelica Giordano, M.S., OTR/L
Angelica received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Health Sciences and her Masters of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Scranton.
Angelica has provided treatment in a variety of pediatric settings, including public school, a private clinic, early intervention, and home care. She has experience conducting evaluations, providing individual and group treatment sessions, and running support groups for parents with children on the autism spectrum. She has worked with children ranging from 6 months to 17 years of age with a variety of diagnoses including autistic spectrum disorders, ADHD, sensory progressing disorder, cleft palate, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, learning disabilities, and developmental delays. She has also provided consultation services including teacher/parent education, sensory diets, and home exercise programs.
Angelica has experience in Handwriting Without Tears®, Therapeutic Listening® and The Zones of Regulation®. She is currently certified in Interactive Metronome® and Mendability, a form of Sensory Enrichment Therapy™. Angelica lives in Lyndhurst, NJ.
